Mr. Naveen Somani aged 32 years graduated from Indian School Of Business, a premier business school in Hyderabad. He has also earned his engineering degree along with a Deans List from University Of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Since April 2007 he has been actively involved in setting up the proposed power project.

Mr. Laxmi Narayan Somani aged 60 years has business experience of more than four decades. He graduated from Calcutta University in 1970. After successful career as a courier service provider in the Eastern and North Eastern parts of India, he started Inland Road Transport (P) Ltd. in 1983. Over the period Inland Group has entered into businesses such as Tea Gardens, Real Estate, Jewelry Exports and Bottling. His dynamism and visionary outlook has taken the transport business to greater heights with a turnover of Rs 6000 million in FY 2012.

Mr. Hari Krishan Mohta aged over 64 years is a M.Sc. in Chemistry with President's Gold Medal from BITS Pilani. He is a technocrat having more than four decades of industrial experience. He started his first industrial unit in copper wire drawing in 1972. He has promoted and established several plants related to Iron & Steel, Chemicals, Mineral Beneficiation & Power. He has introduced latest technologies in the Indian industry including the indigenous development of Steel Shots in India.
